*laugh* Thats what I am in right now...however I have taken a previous HTML class so I already have my domain names reserved...go here to get the best deal that I have found on the internet, [link]. They either do one year or two year plans...I got the one year and got a free domain name along with it.

I used to do godaddy. com they tend to have deals going on just about every week. I have to do the same thing and open up a site for my portfolio. ^_^ but that's just one place. Hope this helps

discountasp.net is good for buying hosting space and godaddy.com is pretty good for buying a domain name but its easier if you just get hosting and a domain name from the same site.
